Papier d'Arménie incense paper was created over 120 years ago and is a respected and much-treasured part of Parisian life.

The process of creating these famous fragranced paper booklets includes hand soaking each paper in a process that takes more than 6 months. 

  • Papier d’Arménie continues to be produced in its original factory in Montrouge, France, using traditional manufacturing methods. Its formula, developed in 1885, remains unchanged.
