Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated in real-time during the checkout process and are determined by a package's weight, dimensions and destination. All available options and rates will be presented during your checkout process for customer selection.

While we work to provide the most timely and cost-effective methods, shipping rates and estimated delivery times are subject to change on behalf of the carrier, without notice. 


Processing

We aim to process orders placed between Monday and Friday (excluding Canadian national holidays) within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day. 

Once your order has been processed, it is handed off to our shipping partner. You will receive an email confirming initiation of the shipping process, including any applicable tracking information. 

Please note, once your order is with the selected shipping partner, estimated delivery times are subject to change on behalf of the carrier, without notice. 

 

Delivery

Estimated delivery times and their associated shipping rates are generated in real time during the checkout process. Orders are shipped based on checkout selection. Orders that qualify for free shipping auto-select the most timely and cost-effective shipping option. 

On occasion, due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries can be delayed. As such, midnineteeneightynine is not responsible for orders received beyond estimated delivery times.

International Orders

Packages shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and local/domestic taxes upon arrival.

Customs charges are levied by the country to which the package is delivered and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We operate legally and comply with international shipping regulations.

Any import duties, local/domestic taxes and/or delays due to customs are beyond our control and the responsibility of the recipient. 


We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages once a package has been picked up by a third-party delivery system.
